Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Please submit your exchange request via e-mail to billing@emigrantas.tv to let us know if you like to exchange your product to a different one.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation within 24 hours via email to billing@emigrantas.tv. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged.
